You can delete your Elite Athlete Support account at any time, right in the app.
Delete in the app
- Athletes and teams: open your profile, tap Account, then Delete Account.
- Supporters: open the Profile tab and tap Delete Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
Can't open the app?
Email info@eliteathletesupport.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your login, profile, photos, posts, follows, newsletters and notifications.
- All subscriptions to or from your account are cancelled, so no one is charged again.
- Supporters: your saved payment card is removed.
What we keep
- Records of past payments (amounts and dates, without your name or email), as required for taxes, refunds and disputes.
- Reports you filed about other content, without your name.
- Athletes and teams: your Stripe Express account stays open so any money already in it still pays out to your bank. Stripe keeps its own records under its privacy policy.
